Your first order requires no minimum of any kind, and there is no special requirement for an opening order. A subsequent order requires a minimum purchase of $150. In addition, you must purchase each retail-size product in quantities of 3 (i.e., 3, or 6, or 9, or 12 pieces).
If you do purchase one dozen pieces of a product in retail sizes, or one half-dozen in professional sizes (no minimum for professional sizes), you will receive one additional complimentary piece. The items purchased will be silk- screen labeled with product name, description, and ingredients. The front of the jar/bottle/tube will have a blank space for your printed label with your salon/spa/medical office name and contact information. To see the container photo go to: (example). This option encompasses the basic form of private labeling. It allows you to choose from over 200 top quality skin care products (price lists products), in-salon custom blending treatments (price list blending), and empty unprinted containers of your choice (price list containers). It significantly enhances your services, giving you flexibility and variety with a very minimal investment. All orders have to be on prepaid basis. We do not accept letters of credit.

Foreign customers
should make all shipping arrangements with shipping companies in their own countries which have an affiliates in United States (specifically in Los Angeles region).
All International orders must meet a $500.00 minimum.
Is this your first order? Introductory offers. We've made it easy for you to sample our products at a discount price. We offer, as an introductory first-purchase only, a full set of our retail size products (85 items) for $375.00 plus freight. (you save over 25%). This method allows you to familiarize yourself with our quality, variety, and packaging.

Prices and Quantity Discounts.
By buying directly from the manufacturer you are significantly cutting your costs. Although all prices are subject to change without notification, we are confident that you will find our prices very reasonable and competitive. Retail sizes purchased in quantity of
12 each receive one additional for free.

Accepted forms of payment.
All first orders must be prepaid by credit card, certified check or money order. Personal or company checks will be held for clearance. Subsequent orders may be shipped C.O.D. Payment by MasterCard, Visa or American Express is accepted.
Returned checks. There is a
$ 25.00
fee for any returned checks.
Delivery.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (two working days) from receipt. UPS ground service will be used unless otherwise requested. Our sales staff will be happy to review the express service options with you: next day delivery, second day delivery, three days special.
Freight.
Freight is F.O.B. Factory, Los Angeles, California. The Carrier is UPS.
Returns.
Returns must be made within one week from purchase date and will not be accepted without our authorization. Products must be in original condition, unused and unlabeled. Returns due to customer error will result in a 25%
restocking fee to be applied.
Damaged items.
Be sure to save the original carton box. Call our office immediately to report the damage. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately UPS tel.

Shipment Refusals.
In the case that an order is returned, due to it being refused or if no one is there to accept it or pay the C.O.D. Amount, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a

restocking fee. If re-shipped, double freight charges will be imposed. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear. Please make arrangements to accept your shipments.

Stock formulations in bulk
for repacking under Private Label and Distributing in Beauty Related Enterprises, Exporting to Foreign Countries, or Selling over the Internet (see product list)

This option for private labeling involves purchasing stock formula products in professional and bulk sizes (starting from 1 lb - 452 Gr. and up 50 US Gal -about 200 kg) for further dispensing the product into your independently purchased and printed containers that advertise your brand name on the front. All the filling procedures will be done by you. We request that the original product names be changed as well. All orders have to be on prepaid basis (FOB Los Angeles). We do not accept letters of credit

The bulk purchases in quantities (more than 50 US Gal = about 200 kg) with prospective of future high volume production and mass distribution has to be verified in advance with Raya's production capabilities and delivery schedules before you plan to make any substantial investments in your marketing ideas. We have to make sure that our capacities can substantiate our obligations with current and prospective customers. |
